• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

You agree to use Pixieo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the service to transmit malicious content, violate intellectual property rights, or engage in unauthorized access.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pixieo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

In no event shall Pixieo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
